OUR FIT & PERFORMANCE SERVICES ARE CURATED TO EVERY RIDER

Bike fitting is the art of combining rider experience, expectations, abilities, and bike specifications.

Helping athletes achieve optimum performance is my mission, from the seasoned professional to the age-group athlete or casual weekend rider.

I aim to provide a sustainable, long-term cycling experience with the highest possible performance and comfort, aligned with the customer's goals. To achieve this, I apply a four-step process: interview, assessment, adjustment, and follow-up.

In our ride optimization sessions, getting to know the rider closely is crucial for us. During the interviews, we discuss the rider’s sporting background, habits, riding goals, style, and frequency in detail. We also aim to understand how often and for what purpose they ride, as well as any current or past injuries and daily discomforts they may experience.

Additionally, we take into account other sports the rider participates in and how these sports fit into their life. With this information, we can better plan the necessary adjustments and adaptation phases, ultimately aiming for more efficient and effective results in a shorter period.

This interview also helps us determine whether part replacements, if necessary, are required.

The assessment stage is a critical step because understanding the rider’s body is essential for achieving optimal results throughout the entire process.

I perform a 25-step assessment to examine every possible physical detail of the rider's body. This helps me identify the body's strengths and weaknesses, as well as any structural or muscular asymmetries and imbalances.

These assessments enable me to anticipate potential future injuries related to the sport and make the necessary adjustments within the most suitable ranges for the rider.

The next stage is the adjustment phase. During this stage, I use Ekib Cycling 3D motion capture system to record and measure the rider’s movements on the bike for analysis and adjustment decisions. This biomechanical measurement system, with its ultra-light sensors, comfortably captures measurements within a 360-degree sphere, allowing me to detect even the smallest asymmetries or discrepancies between the right and left sides of the body with high precision, down to 3mm.

I also use saddle pressure mapping to visualized sitting position and pressure points for cross check and better results. I analyze these measurements based on the insights gained during the interview and assessment stages, and then decide on the necessary adjustments and part changes if needed.

Once all adjustments are made, I prepare a report detailing what has been done, what is recommended, and how the rider can benefit further. A follow-up session is typically scheduled to review and fine-tune adjustments based on the rider’s feedback, which is highly recommended to optimize their cycling experience.
